All in all it was a great day and a pretty fun experience. Hopefully I'll be able to go to many more festivals in my state and elsewhere. Once I start working it will be a bit more difficult but at least I'll have a few weekends free a month to have good times...

Oktoberfest
So sorry this post is so late. I uploaded my photos to my laptop and then couldn't find them again. That's what I get for cleaning of my desktop. Such chaos, but anyhoo so October 10 was the Oktoberfest celebration here in Nashville. Pretty much it's a day to listen to music, buy crafts, eat tons of food and legally walk around with a pitcher of beer in your hand(for those who don't know, unlike Korea it is illegal to walk around in public with open containers of alcohol AND if you are clearly inebriated you can be arrested for public intoxication...)
My friend Sung and I decided to brave the cold for the not-so-free beer and food. First thing first we were STARVING so we decided to get a couple of gyros.
The festival had tons of food to get like funnel cakes, turkey legs, fried chicken, corn on the cob, etc. You could also get a lot of different drinks, some of which contained assorted alcoholic substances...
We clearly enjoyed the wine tasting and assorted beers that were for purchase...GO SUNG DOUBLE FISTING!!!
Afterwards we sat and enjoyed some of the live music areas and let our stomachs settle from the alcohol before heading out...

I managed to get one of the performances and some dancers on video. Sorry for the poor quality, it was shot with my digital camera...
