So I've decided my next cooking challenge will be to make seolleong-tang. My friend Heather and I looooooved this soup. There was an awesome 24hr place in Pyeongchon that served it. The service was always great and they even took pictures of us and put on the wall.Anyway, as it has gotten colder here I've missed having this soup to warm me up. So obvio I'll just have to learn to make it myself. Hopefully my next post will be one of triumph that I have learned this particular dish...
