
So last week I joined the YMCA so I could work on getting back in shape. One good thing about joining a big gym is the fact that they have so many unique workout classes. I find myself getting bored with the same workout routine everyday. So I've decided to try out a range of different classes offered starting with zumba. Monday I had 2hrs of straight zumba class.....wow. I was sweating like a pig the first 20mins. My thighs were burning, my abs and lower back are sore and my abs and shoulders were singing.

It's definitely easy to forget you are exercising until you realize that the moisture flying around is indeed from you^^ In fact I'm heading to my next zumba class in about 45mins. Should be a blast!!!
