Flooding...

Today Davidson Co. and the surrounding areas plus most of TN experienced heavy rain and T-storms. This rain was so heavy that many parts of town, including my own ended up being flooded. We're talking cars floating away, over 50 people needing to be rescued, a few deaths, mobile homes floating down the INTERSTATE and people being displaced from their homes because of flooding. Myself included. My mom called me around 3pm today to tell me my town's roads had been shut down as had the interstate I use to go home. So right now a girlfriend and I are staying at my grandmother's along with my cousin for the night. As for right now the water isn't receding so I will more than likely have to stay at my grandmother's for another night. Thankfully my mom made it home ok before all this mess went down. However, my neighborhood is currently under water so I have no desire to try to go anywhere anytime soon...
